Ghost Exchange Server Infrastructure

How our multi-region server infrastructure works — server selection, uptime, and reliability.

Server Infrastructure

Ghost Exchange runs on a distributed, multi-region server infrastructure for reliability and speed.

Server Selection

You can select your preferred server from:

  • The exchange widget (bottom of the swap card)
  • The footer server selector

Selecting a closer server reduces latency and can improve the responsiveness of the exchange interface.

How It Affects Your Exchange

  • Server selection affects the UI only — the exchange processing backend is independent
  • Rate queries are served from your selected server
  • Deposit monitoring runs across all servers simultaneously
  • Your exchange will process regardless of which UI server you're connected to

Uptime

We maintain 99.9%+ uptime across all regions. Visit our System Health page for real-time status.

Failover

If your selected server goes offline:

  • The UI automatically falls back to the nearest available server
  • No manual intervention needed
  • In-progress exchanges are not affected

Server Status

Each server shows its current status:

  • Online (green) — Operating normally
  • Offline (red) — Unavailable, select a different server
