Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 2026
1. Overview
Ghost Exchange ("we", "us", "our") operates as a non-custodial cryptocurrency exchange service. We are committed to protecting the privacy of every user. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
2. Data We Collect
Ghost Exchange is designed to minimize data collection. We do not require:
- — Account registration or login
- — Email addresses or phone numbers
- — Identity documents or KYC verification
- — Physical addresses or personal information
During the exchange process, we temporarily process the destination wallet address you provide and the transaction details necessary to complete the swap. This data is held only for the duration of the exchange.
3. Data Retention
Once an exchange is confirmed on-chain, all associated session data — including wallet addresses, transaction amounts, and IP addresses — is purged from our systems. We do not maintain transaction logs, user histories, or any persistent records that could link exchanges to individuals.
4. Cookies & Tracking
Ghost Exchange does not use cookies, browser fingerprinting, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party tracking scripts. We do not track your browsing behavior on or off our platform. Your visit is invisible.
5. Third-Party Services
We do not share, sell, or transmit user data to any third party. Our liquidity providers receive only the minimum information required to execute a swap (token type and amount). No personal or identifying information is shared.
6. Encryption
All communication between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.3 with forward secrecy. Even if network traffic were intercepted, it cannot be decrypted retroactively. Our infrastructure uses encrypted storage and secure key management.
7. Server Logs
Our servers do not write access logs that contain IP addresses or request data. We use ephemeral, memory-only processing for exchange sessions. No data is written to persistent storage beyond what is required for active transactions.
8. Your Rights
Since we do not collect or store personal data, there is no data to request, modify, or delete. If you have concerns about a specific transaction, you may contact our support team, but we may be unable to retrieve transaction details after session data has been purged.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of Ghost Exchange constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
