I Sent the Wrong Amount
Here's what happens depending on the situation.
Sent Slightly More
If you sent slightly more than the required amount, the full amount will be exchanged at the current rate. You'll receive more than originally estimated.
Sent Slightly Less
If you sent slightly less, the received amount will be exchanged at the current rate. You'll receive less than originally estimated.
Sent Significantly Less (Below Minimum)
If the amount is below the minimum exchange threshold:
- —We'll attempt to refund to the sending address (if possible)
- —Network fees will be deducted from the refund
- —If the amount is too small to cover network fees, recovery may not be possible
Sent on the Wrong Network
If you sent tokens on the wrong network (e.g., USDT on Tron instead of Ethereum):
- —The deposit will not be detected
- —Contact support immediately with transaction details
- —Recovery depends on the specific situation and may not always be possible
Prevention
- —Always double-check the amount before sending
- —Verify the correct network/chain
- —Copy-paste addresses rather than typing them
- —Start with a small test transaction if you're unsure
