Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Ghost Exchange ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service. Ghost Exchange reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Service Description
Ghost Exchange provides a non-custodial cryptocurrency exchange service. Every swap involves Monero (XMR) on one side of the transaction — either as the sending or receiving currency. We facilitate the exchange between XMR and other supported tokens. We do not hold, store, or manage user funds beyond the time required to complete a swap.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using Ghost Exchange, you represent and warrant that you are legally permitted to use cryptocurrency exchange services in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
4. No Account Required
Ghost Exchange does not require account creation, registration, or identity verification. You access the Service by providing a destination wallet address and initiating a swap. No personal information is required or stored.
5. Exchange Process
When you initiate an exchange:
- — A one-time deposit address is generated for your transaction
- — You send the specified amount to the deposit address
- — Once confirmed on-chain, the exchanged amount is sent to your destination wallet
- — The exchange rate is locked at the time your deposit is detected
6. Rates & Fees
Exchange rates displayed on Ghost Exchange are indicative and may fluctuate due to market conditions. The final rate is locked when your deposit is detected on the blockchain. A service fee (included in the displayed rate) and applicable network fees are deducted from the exchange amount. All fees are transparently displayed before you confirm the swap.
7. Transaction Irreversibility
Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature. Once you send funds to the deposit address, the transaction cannot be cancelled or reversed. Ensure the destination wallet address and the amount are correct before sending. Ghost Exchange is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses or in incorrect amounts.
8. Minimum & Maximum Amounts
Each trading pair has minimum and maximum exchange amounts. These are displayed in the exchange widget before you initiate a swap. Deposits below the minimum may not be processed and may be subject to refund minus applicable network fees.
9. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use Ghost Exchange for:
- — Money laundering or terrorist financing
- — Any activity that violates applicable laws
- — Interfering with or disrupting the Service
- — Exploiting vulnerabilities or attempting unauthorized access
10. Limitation of Liability
Ghost Exchange is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any losses resulting from market volatility, network congestion, blockchain delays, incorrect wallet addresses, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific transaction in question.
11. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the Service at any time.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
