What If a Server Goes Down?
Ghost Exchange's processing backend is independent of the UI servers. Here's what happens.
Your Exchange Is Safe
The UI server you're connected to is only for displaying status. The actual exchange processing runs on a separate, redundant backend.
- —Your deposit will still be detected
- —The swap will still be processed
- —Outgoing tokens will still be sent
What You Might Experience
- —The order page may become temporarily unreachable
- —Status updates may be delayed
- —You might need to refresh the page once the server recovers
What To Do
1. Don't panic — Your exchange is processing normally behind the scenes
2. Bookmark the order URL — You can check back later
3. Try a different server — Switch using the server selector in the footer
4. Check System Health — Visit /status for live server status
Automatic Failover
If your selected server goes offline, the system will automatically route your next request to the nearest available server.
