Understanding Your Order Status
Your exchange goes through several stages. Here's what each means.
Status Stages
1. Awaiting Deposit
Your order has been created and a deposit address is ready. We're waiting for you to send funds.
- —Action: Send the displayed amount to the deposit address
- —Fixed rate orders have a 20-minute window
2. Confirming
We've detected your deposit on the blockchain and are waiting for network confirmations.
- —No action needed — just wait
- —Confirmation count depends on the network
3. Exchanging
Your deposit is confirmed and we're processing the swap through the XMR privacy layer.
- —This typically takes 1–3 minutes
- —The exchange is being routed through Monero for privacy
4. Sending
The exchanged tokens are being broadcast to the destination blockchain.
- —Transaction hash will appear shortly
- —Delivery time depends on the receiving network
5. Complete
Your exchange is finished. Tokens have been sent to your destination address.

- —All session data will be purged
Stuck Orders
If your order appears stuck at any stage for longer than expected:
1. Check the deposit transaction on a block explorer
2. Verify you sent the correct amount on the correct network
3. Contact support with your order details if needed
Most "stuck" orders resolve within 30 minutes due to network congestion.
