Supported Networks & Chains
Some tokens exist on multiple blockchains. Choosing the correct network is critical to avoid lost funds.
Multi-Network Tokens
| Token | Supported Networks |
|---|---|
| USDT | Ethereum (ERC-20), Tron (TRC-20), BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) |
| USDC | Ethereum (ERC-20), Solana (SPL) |
| ETH | Ethereum Mainnet, Arbitrum, Optimism |
How to Select the Right Network
1. When creating an exchange, the network is shown next to the token name
2. Match the network to the wallet you're sending from
3. If unsure, check your wallet — it will show which network your tokens are on
Common Mistakes
- —Sending ERC-20 USDT to a TRC-20 address — Funds will be lost
- —Sending BEP-20 tokens to an Ethereum address — Different chain, funds inaccessible
- —Using a CEX withdrawal on the wrong chain — Always match the network
Network Speed Comparison
| Network | Avg. Confirmation | Fee Level |
|---|---|---|
| Solana | ~1 second | Very low |
| XRP Ledger | ~4 seconds | Very low |
| BNB Smart Chain | ~3 seconds | Low |
| Tron | ~3 seconds | Low |
| Ethereum | ~15 seconds | Medium-High |
| Bitcoin | ~10 minutes | Medium |
| Monero | ~2 minutes | Low |
When in Doubt
If you're unsure which network to use, contact support before sending. It's better to ask than to risk losing funds.
